Villa Seaview, this spacious villa with a floor area of 170m2 offering sea-view, four bedrooms with en-suite facilities and its own swimming pool with a very nice garden. The villa stands in private grounds and includes a barbecue area with cobbled terrace, a large balcony on the south side of the villa, and a large tiled area around the pool.

Located near Porches, there are beaches and restaurants within 2 to 3 kilometers, a choice of four golf courses less than 15 kilometers away and several well stocked supermarkets nearby.
The property consist of a very large lounge/dining area, fully equipped brand new kitchen (2026)with American fridge, 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms and 1 twin room) all with en Suite facilities, plus one extra WC with a basin. Also the villa is equipped with Solar and Satellite TV and Security System. The villa stand in its own secluded grounds almost 2 acres. There is a large private swimming pool, with a safe shallow end for young children. Surrounding the pool is a large paved area, ideal for sunbathing on the padded sun-beds provided. In the garden there are fruit trees, oranges, lemons and almonds, also grape vines and flowering shrubs. There are terraces around the pool an another equipped with a barbecue. Also a arge balcony across the front of the villa offering sea views. Just 3 Kilometers along the coast road from the villa you will find the sea side town of Armacao de Pera. The beach here is smooth, clean sand and it stretches for miles. The two is able to cater for all your needs, with its many supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.

Villa Seaview finds itself 3 km South of the village of Porches, centrally located between Carvoeiro – Albufeira and famous for its many potteries, directly north of the fantastic bay beaches of 5-star complexes Vila Vita Parc and Vila Lara. The also splendid beach Praia da Senhora da Rocha, with its chappel on the cliffs, is closest to the villa, from here you can start hours and hours of walking, mountain biking or horse riding in undisturbed nature. Within a radius of easy car reach there are several beaches which have been awarded with the blue EU-flag (for clean water, eg. Portugal Top Ten Beaches) as well as prestigious golf courses (Pinta & Gramacho Golf, Vale do Milho Golf, Silves Golf, Salgados).
Armacao de Pera, a coastal town with a beautiful boulevard and a fantastic 5 km long beach(one of the very few in the West-Algarve) at 5 car minutes, specially at the end of boulevard ideal for families with youger children as beach relative wide. Note: Since April 1, 2024, a tourist tax has been implemented for all new reservations. This tax will be applied per day, per guest aged 13 years and above, with a maximum limit of 7 nights' stay. From April 1 to October 31, the tax is €2 per day, and from November 1 to March 31, it is €1 per day. This tax must be paid before arrival via bank transfer.
