Villa Seaside – Vale do Lobo

Villa Seaside, a cosy and comfortable villa, directly along fairway of Royal Golf Course on the Vale do Lobo estate, one of the most luxury resorts in the Algarve (Europa??) and only 200m away from world famous 16th hole where in spectacular scenery is played on- and over the 90° degrees uprising cliffs, simply a once in a lifetime experience, even for non-golfers (also see photo album).
Outside; the outside terrace offers fantastic views over golf course up to the a only few meters distinct Atlantic Ocean. Terrace is completely walled in with integrated BBQ and has own private access to fairway. Centrally positioned in outside area is a free shape swimming pool, surrounded by luxury sunbeds and a cosy sitting area, also to be used for breakfast and all other meals. Almost half of terrace is covered offering ample shady places when desired, on really hot days covered area even extendable by big awning. Even being seated on your outside terrace, you still have wonderful views!

Inside; very big living area (40m²) offering separate dining area, comfort sofa, 2 bambus feateuils, secretary, open fire place, Astra digital satellite television/radio, air-conditioning and a radio/cassette/CD-player. Kitchen, partly open to living room is fully equipped with modern, purely quality brand E-appliances, eye catcher the American Fridge with ice crusher. Kitchen opens to little patio and hall (with guest toilet and main entrance). Sleeping area is completely to be separated from living/cooking/dining-area and has two bedrooms and two full + fully renovated bathrooms. Both bedrooms with double beds, air-conditioning and built in wardrobes, in between them a little storage room for luggage and/or golf equipment. The “South-bedroom” also offers the already mentioned very pleasant views

Prices valid for an occupancy of up to 6 guests.

Not included in the rental price:
€ 150 for final cleaning

– € 500 deposit – to be paid in cash to the administrator on site.

Note: Since April 1, 2024, a tourist tax has been implemented for all new reservations. This tax will be applied per day, per guest aged 13 years and above, with a maximum limit of 7 nights' stay. From April 1 to October 31, the tax is €2 per day, and from November 1 to March 31, it is €1 per day. This tax must be paid before arrival via bank transfer.

– Pre-reservation for bookings up to 5 days, you can organize your arrival/flights.
– 30% deposit upon booking.
– 70% final payment 2 months before departure.
– Deposit up to € 300, – in cash on site, will also be refunded on site.

Arrival and departure
– No departing guests, early takeover of your holiday home.
– No subsequent guests, you can stay longer in the holiday home.
Both options must be communicated in advance. Official takeover time 4:00 p.m., official departure time 10:00 a.m.
