Fantastic apartment on the top floor of a detached house, with large terraces and wonderful views of the sea on the front terraces. The apartment, with separate access, has a wonderful spacious living room with a dining area, fireplace and two comfortable sofas. In front of the living room, you can find one of the large terraces overlooking the sea and the urbanization. Adjacent to the living room you can find the kitchen, fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven and microwave. The spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobe and bedside tables, also has access to the large terrace with sea views. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, toilet, bidet and washbasin. On the entrance side of the house, you can find the other pleasant terrace overlooking the garden, which offers sun or shade, depending on the time of day. The spacious swimming pool, at the front of the house, has a terrace around it, which can also be used. Note: There is a foldable bed available for a non-adult guest (<18 years old) to use. It can be set up in any room of your choice. Please note that there is only one bedroom in the property.

Within a few minutes on foot (15-20) or by car (5), you can reach a variety of beautiful beaches, a selection of restaurants or supermarkets.

Note: Since April 1, 2024, a tourist tax has been implemented for all new reservations. This tax will be applied per day, per guest aged 13 years and above, with a maximum limit of 7 nights' stay. From April 1 to October 31, the tax is €2 per day, and from November 1 to March 31, it is €1 per day. This tax must be paid before arrival via bank transfer.
